Shipping and delivery policy

Orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This period may be extended during holiday periods, new collection launches, or lockdowns.

Deliveries are entrusted to “La Poste” and carried out by its services. Delivery times and rates depend on the selected shipping method.

Patterns in envelope format can be shipped to mainland France and Monaco directly via our website and our ordering and payment system.

For shipments to French overseas departments and territories or abroad, please contact us so that we can determine the best delivery solution and calculate customs fees.

Madame la Markise charges its customers shipping costs at the current rates available on the “La Poste” website, with no additional fees. These rates are subject to change depending on changes in the service's rates.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the number of packages, weight, and mode of transport (Colissimo, tracked letter, etc.).

For information purposes, as of January 1, 2024, shipping rates to mainland France (prices vary depending on the size and weight of the shipment) are:

Metropolitan France and Monaco: Colissimo (2 business days) from €6.99, tracked letter (3 business days) €4.80.
